Sushi DVD Content

During this 90 minutes Sushi DVD, you will be taught about sushi history, interesting sushi facts and know how. You will learn how to cook the rice in different ways, how to prepare ingredients for Sushi and sweet sushi!

After an introduction on rice and Sushi, The chef explains very precisely and demonstrates (very actively!) to a couple of young professionals how to make the perfect Sushi each time. A large combination of Sushi is demonstrated and made in a fun a relaxed atmosphere. Anything you need to learn about Sushi is clearly explained in easy to follow step by step videos.

The second part of the Sushi DVD is featuring Ted, a 9 years old boy and his mum, learning how to make great Sweet Sushi with Emmanuel. Producing amazing shapes and tastes, Sushi is also fun with kids and family.
